I've been involved in sales and working as a sales coach since 1990. Over the past decade, I've sold homes, investment properties, and commercial spaces both in Finland and Spain.

A key indicator of successful deal is the threefold satisfaction. The sense of achievement should be shared among the seller, the buyer, and the agent. It's not just about money; good deals come from a blend of brain and heart.
